Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items or for reasons of customer preference. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item due to our fault, or if the product does not match your order, please notify us within 8 days of receipt. We will promptly arrange for an exchange.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the EU
If your merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. Similar to our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
