Low-Salt OTOMO (All-Purpose Bonito Dashi Pack, 30 Packs)
This is a reduced-salt version of "Otomo." It is a Japanese-style soup stock that enhances the natural flavors of bonito, mackerel, sardines, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. It contains no preservatives, sweeteners, colorings, sugar, amino acids, or other additives. With 90% less salt than the original product, it retains the delicious taste, making it suitable for health-conscious individuals and baby food. It offers an authentic taste that allows you to fully enjoy the natural flavors of domestic ingredients. This versatile soup stock can be used in various dishes such as soups and simmered dishes, and it can also be used to season stir-fries and fried rice by breaking open the pack.


[How to Use]
Add 600ml of water and one dashi pack to a pot and heat. Once it begins to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove the dashi pack. Use as dashi for miso soup, udon, soba, chawanmushi, hot pots, simmered dishes, etc.
